Basic covers up to 1 property, Essential up to 2 and Premium up to 3 at the displayed total package price. Photo and film allowances apply per property. You supply the photos; any applicable taxes and extra services are confirmed in your quote.

Yes. After payment, you will receive a full-length watermarked preview. You can review it and request any included revisions. Once you approve the final version, Still2Motion will deliver the finished film without the watermark.
No. We work from your existing high-resolution property photographs. Supply up to 10 images for Basic or up to 15 for Essential and Premium. You must own the images or have permission to use them.
Basic includes one 30-second film from up to 10 photos for one property. Essential covers up to two properties and Premium up to three, with a 60-second master film and up to 15 photos per property. Social cutdowns are shorter versions for feeds and stories.
Every one-time property package includes a 16:9 HD MP4 master. Essential includes one vertical cutdown; Premium includes two vertical cutdowns and a cover image. Your brief confirms the final deliverables before production.
Each plan is priced per property per month and includes four content items: one item in each of four production weeks. A carousel counts as one item, not one item per slide. We repurpose your approved property photos and films, with captions and one revision per item. A private review link lets you approve each version or request changes with video timestamps. Unused items do not roll over; a fifth calendar week does not add a fifth item.
The plans include ready-to-publish files, captions and a weekly delivery schedule. Account management, publishing, ad spend, on-site photography and community management are not included.
English voice-over is included in Premium property films. For Basic, Essential and monthly-plan reels, it is an optional $80 per film. We confirm the number of narrated films in your quote.
Timing depends on your photos, the scope and current production capacity. We confirm the delivery schedule after reviewing your brief and before you commit.
Landing pages start at $2,699 and are a separate service, not included in film or monthly packages. The starting scope is one mobile-friendly page with property details, up to 15 supplied photos, your existing film, an inquiry form or booking link, and two revision rounds. A hosted URL, downloadable property QR code and printable QR card are included. Film production, custom domain purchase, paid services and ongoing updates are separate.
No. Submitting a brief does not take payment or reserve a production slot. We agree the scope, schedule and quote first. Prices are introductory prices in USD; any applicable taxes are confirmed in your quote.
